With David Carr yet to be cleared to play by medical staff, Vinny Testaverde has moved back to the top of the depth chart. Testaverde took most of the snaps in practice on Wednesday, and at this point is expected to start. Rookie Matt Moore has taken some snaps with the first team as well, in case Testaverde's sore Achilles' tendon flares up. Testaverde seemed to have a little bit of chemistry with Steve Smith, something that Carr has yet to find. If you don't have to start a Panthers quarterback, please don't.
