Strong safety Sean Considine was placed on injured reserve on Wednesday, ending his season for the Eagles. Considine injured his left shoulder during the loss to the Cowboys on Sunday. Quintin Mikell, who filled in for Brian Dawkins when he was injured earlier this year, will start in Considine's place. This is Considine's second injury to the same shoulder in three years, so his durability is obviously in question. This won't affect the Eagles secondary all that much, especially since they just got Dawkins back in the lineup.
