Cowboys cornerback Terence Newman was limited again on Wednesday, but he practiced more than he had in past weeks. He has been out since mid-August due to a partial tear of the plantar fascia in his right heel. "We are a lot more positive as far as his chances this week," head coach Wade Phillips tells the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. "He moved around a lot better." Jacques Reeves has been starting his place. The Cowboys are a much better defense when a healthy Newman is locking down one corner. We don't believe he'll be 100 percent all season, though, and it's just a matter of how much pain he can handle.
