Manning throws in front of media

Giants quarterback Eli Manning threw 14 passes in front of the New York media on Friday morning. The attempts ranged from 10-to-30 yards, the New York Daily News reports. Manning, who has a sprained right shoulder, didn't look outstanding but was okay, according to the Newark Star-Ledger. The Giants then closed off the practice during the team portion, although it is known that Jared Lorenzen was taking snaps during the walk-through. Basically, this doesn't tell us too much. Manning could be posing for the media in order to fool the Packers. Or he could really be getting ready for Sunday. It sounds like he is going to be a game-time decision, and fantasy owners should be playing it safe with another option right now.
