Linebacker Freddy Keiaho was held out of Wednesday's practice after dislocating his right elbow in the season opener. "He's sore and we'll see how much he's able to do," Colts coach Tony Dungy told the Indianapolis Star. "We'll know a little more [Thursday] and see how he gets through practice." If Keiaho is unable to play Sunday against the Titans, Tyjuan Hagler would be in line to make his first NFL start.
