The Bills hosted free agent safety Donovin Darius on Tuesday, according to the team's official website. Dairus has connections to both Dick Jauron, his former defensive coordinator in Jacksonville, and current Bills defensive coordinator Perry Fewell, who was the secondary coach in Jacksonville during Darius' first five seasons. He'd be a very solid veteran presence for an extremely young Bills defense, despite the fact that the Bills have talented youngsters Ko Simpson and Donte Whitner at safety already.
