Jerramy Stevens was sentenced to 12 days in jail and fined $3,160 due to his drunk driving conviction last month in Arizona. However, the sentence was stayed pending an appeal, meaning Stevens will not have to serve time immediately. In fact, the St. Petersburg Times speculates that Stevens won't have to serve the time until after the season is completed. We're still waiting for the league to step in and suspend Stevens, who hasn't done anything to warrant fantasy consideration since he left Seattle as a free agent.
