Chargers fullback Andrew Pinnock underwent knee surgery on Monday and will miss three-to-four weeks, the North County Times reports. Reports don't offer up much details, but Pinnock is not valuable in fantasy leagues. Hopefully Lorenzo Neal will stay healthy for the next month.
