Redskins wide receiver Santana Moss is inactive for Sunday's game against the Lions. He was doubtful due to a groin injury suffered in Week 3. James Thrash will start in his place. Moss didn't practice all week, and this news is not at all surprising. Thrash is not a very good fill-in, and Jason Campbell's stock drops without Moss.
