Patriots running back Laurence Maroney will miss his second straight game because of a groin injury. He is on the official inactive list for today's tilt between the Patriots and Browns. Maroney screwed over fantasy football owners by warming up on the field and then not playing last Monday night, so at least this week we know he won't play in plenty of time to finalize lineups. Sammy Morris is likely to start again and is a tremendous fantasy option.
