Baltimore released kicker Rhys Lloyd and signed rookie wide receiver Matt Willis off their practice squad, the Baltimore Sun reported. Lloyd was expected to handle kickoffs to keep Matt Stover's leg fresh, but he was inactive all four games. Lloyd was Stover's backup, so would have only had fantasy value if Matt's leg fell off, which it didn't.
