The Panthers downgraded quarterback David Carr to questionable on Saturday because of his back injury, according to the Charlotte Observer. He returned to practice on Friday after missing two days and was originally listed as probable. Carr will be a game-time decision on Sunday. Vinny Testaverde is expected to be the starter if Carr can't go, but the Panthers may chose to go with undrafted rookie Matt Moore since Testaverde joined the team only this week.
