Cardinals wide receiver Anquan Boldin has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams due to a hip injury. He sat out last week with the same ailment. Bryant Johnson will start in place of Boldin. Johnson is an intriguing fantasy option against a Rams defense that gives up a lot of points.
