As expected, Kyle Turley has beat out Chris Terry and will start at right tackle in the season opener. Turley played both tackle spots last year, when he wasn't injured. He appears to be much improved this season. "He got his weight up, for one," head coach Herm Edwards tells the Kansas City Star. "That helps. He's not flipping and flopping right now. Last year we had him flipping and flopping from left tackle to right tackle. He came in 25 pounds bigger than last year." I still have plenty of doubts about Turley, but the Chiefs can hardly do worse at right tackle than they did last year.
