Frostee Rucker found out yesterday that his Week 1 suspension has been lifted. He had appealed it because the domestic violence case, which was settled, occurred when he was in college, according to the Cincinnati Post. While he'll be eligible to play, Rucker will miss the game anyway due to an ailing hamstring.
