Chargers right tackle Shane Olivea missed a second straight day of practice on Thursday due to a sore back. Head coach Norv Turner tells the team's official web site that he's uncertain about Olivea's status for Week 3. Olivea has started 49 of a possible 50 games since being drafted, so the Bolts and LaDainian Tomlinson are accustomed to having him lock down the right side. Hopefully he'll practice on Friday and be ready for the Packers.
