Dan Morgan has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, according to the Charlotte Observer. He did not practice on Friday and was officially listed as out on the injury report with a foot injury. James Anderson is slated to start in place of Morgan, who would normally be replaced by Adam Seward. However, Seward is nursing a calf injury. Carolina's linebacker shortage can only help Carnell Williams' cause.
