Steve McNair tweaked his groin injury in the fourth quarter Sunday and was replaced by Kyle Boller. McNair said he could have finished the game and would be ready to play in Week 4, according to the Baltimore Sun. We'll have to wait to see whether that prediction comes to fruition, but clearly his health is going to be in issue for the rest of the season.
