Raiders quarterback Josh McCown did not practice on Wednesday, but he did throw on the sidelines. He injured his right index finger in the season opener, and some reports claim he has a cracked bone. However, head coach Lane Kiffin tells the Oakland Tribune that a sore right foot was the reason McCown missed practice. "I expect to play," McCown says, "but we'll see how it goes." What is this, hockey? It's possible that McCown also has a sore foot, but we're pretty sure his finger is the big issue right now. Nice try, Mr. Kiffin.
