Dwayne Jarrett was on the inactive list for Sunday's loss to the Texans. The Charlotte Observer reports that Jarrett was bothered by a hamstring injury during the preseason and has yet to catch up with fellow wideouts Keary Colbert and Drew Carter. Jarrett was a popular deep sleeper pick among fantasy owners. Unfortunately, he hasn't lived up to expectations just yet. He still has value in keeper leagues, but it's hard to say whether he'll make much of an impact this week.
