Rams guard Richie Incognito was able to practice Wednesday despite the high ankle sprain which has kept him out all season, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Incognito didn't see all the snaps at right guard Wednesday, but he should be able to increase his workload as the week progresses.
