Joe Horn told NFL Network on Thursday that he is paying tribute to troubled quarterback Michael Vick by wearing his cleats during practice and during Sunday's game against the Vikings. No word yet as to whether Horn stopped by Home Depot to pick up a substance to remove dog hair and blood from Vick's cleats.
