The Titans traded an undisclosed draft pick to the Seahawks for defensive end Bryce Fisher, improving their depth behind starters Kyle Vanden Bosch and Antwan Odom. To make room on their roster the Titans released defensive tackle Jesse Mahelona. Fisher will fit into the Titans' rotation of defensive ends, and as an added bonus is under contract through 2008; several other Titan defensive lineman are eligible for free agency following the 2007 season. Some reports indicate that the pick Tennessee sent to Seattle for Fisher is the same pick the Seahawks dealt to Cleveland for Charlie Frye.
