Cowboys linebacker Greg Ellis worked out hard on Wednesday and gave the team some hope that he might be able to return in Week 4. "I am going to see how much I can do," Ellis tells the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. "That's the plan." He is dealing with left heel bursitis, which is likely related to the torn left Achilles he had repaired last November. Anthony Spencer is starting in his place. We don't expect Ellis to return this Sunday, but this is the first positive sign in a long time. Ellis has been a boon to IDP leagues in the past, but he's not worth adding this year.
