The NewsDr. James Andrews looked at Eli Manning's test results and confirmed that the Giants quarterback can play whenever he can handle the pain. Manning will not risk further damage to his sprained right shoulder by coming back quickly, the New York Daily News reports. Jared Lorenzen will take first-team snaps on Wednesday and Thursday, and Manning may test his shoulder on Friday. We won't know about Eli's status until Friday at the earliest, and there's a good chance that he's headed towards a game-time decision.
