Delhomme gets good news

An MRI revealed no structural damage to Jake Delhomme's strained right elbow. "I feel pretty good; I'm a little sore," Delhomme told Tuesday's Charlotte Observer. "I strained it. I'm day-to-day. Hopefully I'll be better tomorrow. I'll be getting a ton of treatment on it and we'll go from there." David Carr would start if Delhomme were unable to play on Sunday against the Buccaneers. The Panthers haven't ruled out Delhomme for Sunday, so neither should his fantasy owners. We'll keep you updated on his condition throughout the week leading up to kickoff on Sunday.
