Eagles safety Brian Dawkins underwent an MRI on Tuesday, and the news sounded positive. "He'll be alright as the week goes on here," head coach Andy Reid tells the team's official web site. Dawkins suffered a neck stinger during the fourth quarter of Monday's loss to the Redskins. Like most coaches, Reid went with a very general, somewhat vague answer. The Eagles defense isn't the same when the X-factor isn't around. If he's out this week, that's very good news for fantasy owners invested in the Lions.
