Dwayne Blakley has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Texans, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He is nursing a pectoral injury and did not play in Week 3. Rookie Martrez Milner will serve as the No. 2 tight end behind Alge Crumpler. Neither Blakley nor Milner have done anything to warrant fantasy consideration.
