Nick Barnett will be charged with two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct related to an altercation that took place in a Wisconsin bar back in June, the lead prosecutor told the Green Bay Press-Gazette on Wednesday. He is not expected to receive a suspension as a result of the incident. Barnett is a first time offender and thus we'd be surprised if the league suspended him despite new commissioner Roger Goodell's crackdown on off-field incidents. Plus, anyone who has ever been to a Wisconsin bar has had some type of an altercation. When a Wisconsin bartender hands a patron a beer, it's no uncommon for him to ask, "Would you like an altercation with that?"
