Shaun Rogers won't face criminal charges following a review of an exotic dancer's claims that he touched her inappropriately. "After an extensive investigation we have determined there is insufficient evidence to file any charges," Prosecutor Kym L. Worthy said in the AP. Rogers had 36 tackles and three sacks last year in a season that was cut short after the league suspended him for four games for taking a banned substance to control his weight. If Rogers can clean up his act, the former Pro Bowler could be a force for the Lions.
