The Redskins are in talks with free agent wide receiver Keenan McCardell. The 37-year-old rejected the team's initial proposal, which was for the veteran minimum, according to the Washington Post.
McCardell did not have a productive 2006, but we have to believe his attitude, professionalism, and dependability are light years ahead of Brandon Lloyd. I'll let you know if the Redskins bump up their offer enough to convince Keenan to move to D.C.
