Defensive tackle Tommie Harris practiced on Monday for the first time since he suffered a hamstring injury last December, according to ESPN.com.
He underwent hamstring surgery in December to repair a torn left hamstring tendon. Harris had 48 tackles and five sacks in 12 games last season.
Harris should be at full speed before training camp. He is one of the best players in the league at his position and will garner plenty of interest in IDP leagues.
