Vikings Absents

The defensive player Darrion Scott and the safety free Darren Sharper were excused of the "organized organized" (voluntary) of the Minnesota Vikings.

Sharper stayed away to carry out works in television as the analyst for the NFL Europe and Scott was excused by "personal reasons", he commented to a spokesman.

Both players attended to the first two days of the "activities organized" that have a duration of four days, who's been not invilve is Antoine Winfield, he hasn't participated in none of the programs of the team during the season recess . All of them have been optional, but Winfield is the ONLY Viking that is not injured miss all the "activities organized" of this week.

Steve Hutchinson lost the first two days to participate in the golf tournament charity, but participate on Thursday. The runner Chester Taylor and linebacker Jason Glenn plan to be stayed away from the Friday activities due to personal reasons.

The reasons of the absence of Winfield are not clear. Winfield and his agent, Richard Katz, have not returned the calls for an answer.

The situation would be clear by June 10th, when Vikings start a mini obligatory camp. Nobody knows if Winfield it's gonna show up for the mini camp or until the pre-season training camp.
