A Kansas City Chiefs spokesman comment subsequently that the Dolphins are been inflexible just for offer only a supplementary selection of the sixth round in exchange for the quarterback selected twice al For Bowl. It's to believe that the Chiefs are askinga 4th round.

We have not spoken with Miami in weeks. They have cut the communication. Miami has to speak the Chiefs. If they are interested they can call to Denny (Thum, the vice executive president of the Chiefs)".
Green is turning 37 in July and will receive a bond of $7.2 million if remains with the Kansas City this year. He asked permission to seek for an exchange when the coach Herm Edwards said that desired to reduce roster's global age and indicated that second year quarterback Brodie Croyle would have all the opportunities to get a start line up position.
Steiner and Green has negotiated a contract with Miami, but the agreement has been postpone while both teams discuss the compensation.
Edwards although said this week that Green would have the same opportunities that the others to compete for the start line up position, Green believes that his age and salary won't be an advantage.
